Make sure to disconnect & unpair the Pure pods from existing device and follow the reset process. 

• Take out the earbuds from the charging case. Touch and hold the touch sensor for 12 seconds.
• The LED red will blink 5 times indicating that the earbuds have been reset.
• Place the buds inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.
• Place both earbuds inside the case and close the lid.
• Open the case, take out the buds, wait for both buds to connect with each other & then pair it with your device.
