• Use the neckband provided in the packaging box.
• Take out the pods & Push the ear loop from where you see the detachable tab.
• The ear loop will come out.
• Use the neckband & Similarly, push in the tabs of the neckband attachment to attach it to the TWS, making it a functional neckband.
