Since the Pure pods sits right onto the ear, it does not block the ear cavity completely. In case the user is in quiet place, please suggest the user to reduce the volume so that the sound leakage will be minimized.
OWS is very different from a traditional TWS, the benefit here is that you are aware of your surroundings while staying connected to music.
