1. Ask customer to use a suitable size of ear tips

        You can find different sizes of ear tips in the accessories box

2. Ensure the earbud position is ok. Sometimes unknowingly wear L-side earbuds in the right ear and R-side earbuds in the left ear

      "L" and "R" marking is there on the inner side of the earbud stem
