RESET the device


1-Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.
2-On your paired devices, delete/remove Noise Buds VS104 Pro from the list of paired devices in the Bluetooth menu.
3- Open the charging case.
4- Keep the earbuds inside.
5- Long press the one key Reset button on the case for 6 seconds till the Red LED blinks quickly and closes.
 6- repeat the pairing process. 


If none of the operation is not working, then please raise an online complaint on complaint portal
