1. Delete/Forget Noise Flair from your list of paired devices 

  2. Turn off the Bluetooth of your Mobile Phone 

  3. Remove device name from Bluetooth Interface

  4. Put the device on charging

  5. Separate the ear buds

  6. Long press the touch button for 10 seconds

  7. White LED will blink thrice

  8. Your Noise Flair  has been reset 

  9. Turn on your Mobile phone's Bluetooth and connect to Noise Flair
