Recommend Equalizer Settings:

1. On mobile tap on the Music player

2. Tap  settings

3. Tap  Equalizer

4.  try with different Equalizer settings of your choice

Sound problems may occur due to an issue with the Music player, try playing the same track with a different music player to notice a difference.
