What if the item is damaged or you want a replacement?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Noise Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at our complaint portal with your order ID and images of the product. Noise will dispatch a replacement immediately.
If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket on our complaint portal, mentioning your order ID. Noise will dispatch a replacement immediately.
