Before resetting, ensure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully. 

Delete/forget Shots Rush from the list of saved devices on your smartphone Bluetooth list.

Pick up the earbuds, long press the bars until LEDs glow red for 2s to power off.

Long press the bars until LEDs blink red and green 3 times then blink red to indicating they have been reset.

Now pair again.
