Make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds & case are clean & dry & that the earbuds are seated securely inside the case. If charging still does not work, please raise a support complaint on our website. 

Note: Kindly ensure to remove Cellophane Paper from Earbuds as this may lead to several issues with Earbuds
