No lights on the band — is it dead - Noise REP Band

• Usually not. The REP Band has no screen, and its LED illuminates only during charging, a battery check (double-tap), pairing, and a reset

 • A band showing no light for most of the time is simply idle, not off. It may also light up briefly during an occasional automatic vibration alert (see 'Why did my REP Band vibrate?').

 • To check that the band is working: connect it to the charger; the charging LED should appear within a few seconds.

 • If no light appears, clean the charging pins with a dry, lint-free cloth, re-seat the magnetic cradle, and try a different power source.

 • If no LED appears at all after 30 minutes on charge, the band may require service.

Why did my REP Band vibrate - Noise REP Band

Your REP Band vibrates to notify you about important alerts and reminders. The band may vibrate in the following situations:

1.Workout Started – The band vibrates once to confirm that a workout has started successfully.

2.High Heart Rate Alert – Your heart rate exceeds the preset High HR threshold.

3.Low Heart Rate Alert – Your heart rate falls below the preset Low HR threshold.

4.Your Energy reaches the preset cutoff threshold.

5.Low Battery Alert – The REP Band battery is running low and needs to be charged.

My band is frozen or the LED is stuck - Noise REP Band

• If the band appears frozen, has an LED stuck in one state, or will not communicate with your phone at all, you can trigger a hardware-level Force Reset without needing the app:

 1. Plug the charging cable into an active USB wall adapter or a computer port.

 2. Rapidly attach and detach the magnetic charging cradle to the back of the band five times within a total window of five seconds.

 • The band will reset and can then be paired again.

 • Please sync your data beforehand wherever possible, as a reset may affect unsynced data.
