How do I power on my REP Band - Noise REP Band

Powering On the REP Band

The REP Band does not have a dedicated power button. The charging dock is used to wake and power on the band.

Steps

1.Place the REP Band onto the magnetic charging dock, ensuring the charging pins are properly aligned.

2.Connect the charging dock's USB Type-C connector

3.Once connected, the band will automatically power on. If this is the first time the band is being used, it will automatically exit Shipping Mode.

4.The LED will first display the current battery level and then begin flashing blue, indicating that the band has entered Bluetooth pairing mode and is ready to connect to the REP app.

 

How do I pair my REP Band with the NoiseFit app - Noise REP Band

1.Place the REP Band on the magnetic charging dock and keep it connected throughout the pairing process.

2.Connect the charging dock to a USB power source using the USB Type-C connector.

3.The LED will alternate between displaying the battery level and flashing blue. The flashing blue LED indicates that the band is in pairing mode and ready to connect.

4.Open the NoiseFit app, select the REP option, and navigate to the Device Search page.

5.The band will appear in the device list as Noise Rep, followed by its Bluetooth MAC ID.

6.Turn the band over and locate the Bluetooth MAC ID printed above the optical sensor.

7.Verify that the MAC ID printed on the band exactly matches the MAC ID displayed in the NoiseFit app. This is especially important in locations where multiple REP Bands may be nearby, such as gyms or homes.

8.Select the matching device from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

9.Once pairing is successful, the LED will remain solid blue for approximately 3 seconds.

10.After successful pairing, remove the REP Band from the charging dock.

 

How do I find my REP Band's Device ID (MAC) - Noise REP Band

If you're unsure where to locate your device's unique identification details, follow these steps:

Turn your Rep Strap over and look at the top of the sensor module. You will find a 16-digit Bluetooth (BT) MAC ID printed on the device, followed by an alphanumeric identifier.

Example:

AA:BB:CC:DD:EE, This unique ID can be used for device identification.

 

My REP Band is not showing in the device list - Noise REP Band

If the REP Band does not appear in the NoiseFit app during pairing, follow the steps below:

1.Ensure the REP Band is powered on by placing it on the magnetic charging dock and keeping it connected throughout the setup process. The LED should flash blue, indicating that the band is in pairing mode.

2.Keep the REP Band within 30 cm (1 ft) of your phone.

3.n the Noise Fit app, tap Retry and allow up to 30 seconds for the device search to complete.

4.Compare the Bluetooth MAC ID printed on the back of the REP Band with the MAC ID displayed in the app. This helps ensure you select the correct band, especially if other REP Bands are nearby.

Verify that:

Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

Location permission is enabled for the NoiseFit app.

Nearby Devices permission is granted to the NoiseFit app.

5.If the band still does not appear, restart your phone and try the device search again.

6.If the REP Band was previously paired with your phone:

Open your phone's Bluetooth Settings.

Select the REP Band and tap Forget Device.

Return to the NoiseFit app and pair the band again using the in-app pairing process only.

 

Band appears in the list but pairing fails - Noise REP Band

"If the REP Band appears in the NoiseFit app but pairing does not complete, follow the steps below:

1.Verify that you have selected the correct REP Band by matching the Bluetooth MAC ID printed on the back of the band with the MAC ID displayed in the app.

2.Ensure the REP Band remains on the magnetic charging dock throughout the pairing process.

3.Keep the REP Band within 30 cm (1 ft) of your phone until pairing is complete.

4.Close the NoiseFit app completely, reopen it, select the REP option, and start the device search again.

5.Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and that Location and Nearby Devices permissions are granted to the NoiseFit app.

6.If the REP Band was previously paired with your phone, open your phone's Bluetooth Settings, select the REP Band, tap Forget Device, and then pair it again using the NoiseFit app only.

7.Restart your phone and repeat the pairing process.

8.If pairing still fails, perform a Force Reset:

Connect the magnetic charging dock to a powered USB adapter or computer.

Within 5 seconds, quickly attach and remove the REP Band from the charging dock 5 times.

Wait for the REP Band to restart, then place it on the charging dock.

When the LED flashes blue, repeat the pairing process in the NoiseFit app.

Once pairing is successful, the LED will turn solid blue for approximately 3 seconds. You can then remove the REP Band from the charging dock.

 

My band is paired to another phone - Noise REP Band

• The band can only be bonded to one phone at a time.

 1. On the previously paired phone: open NoiseFit, go to Settings → My Devices, select the band and tap 'Unpair Device'. Then, in your phone's Bluetooth settings, select the band and tap 'Forget Device'.

 2. If you no longer have access to the previous phone, perform a Force Reset instead: with the charging cable connected to a power source, rapidly attach and detach the magnetic cradle five times within five seconds.

 3. Once unpaired or reset, pair the band afresh from this phone's NoiseFit app.

 • Note: unpairing erases all data stored on the band, so please sync it beforehand wherever possible.

 

How do I unpair my REP Band - Noise REP Band

1.Open the NoiseFit app and navigate to Settings → My Devices.

2.Select your REP Band.

3.Tap Unpair Device and confirm the action.

Note: For iPhone (iOS) users only: Open Settings → Bluetooth, locate the REP Band, tap the (Info) icon next to the device, and select Forget This Device to remove the existing Bluetooth pairing.

 

What permissions does NoiseFit need for my REP Band - Noise REP Band

• NoiseFit requires two core permissions to connect to your REP Band:

 1. Location Services / Location permission (required by Android for Bluetooth device scanning).

 2. Bluetooth / Nearby Devices permission.

How do I restart my REP Band - Noise REP Band

Restarting the REP Band can resolve temporary sync delays or minor issues. Restarting does not erase any stored data.

Steps

1.Ensure the REP Band is connected to the NoiseFit app.

2.Open the NoiseFit app and tap the Device icon at the top-right corner of the Home screen.

3.Scroll to the bottom of the device page and tap Restart.

4.The REP Band will automatically restart and reconnect to the app.

 

How can I check the battery level of my REP Band when it is not charging?

You can check the battery level of your REP Band using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Using the NoiseFit App

Ensure your REP Band is connected to the NoiseFit app.

Open the NoiseFit app.

The current battery level is displayed on the device screen.

Method 2: Using the REP Band

When the REP Band is not charging, double-tap the band.

The LED will illuminate for approximately 3 seconds and display the current battery level.

Solid Green: Battery level is 50%–100%

Solid Yellow: Battery level is 20%–49%

Solid Red: Battery level is below 20%

Flashing Red: Battery level is below 5%

 

How do I connect my REP Band data to Strava, Google Health, or Apple Health?

•  Open the NoiseFit app and go to the menu.

•  Select Google Health, Apple Health, or Strava, depending on which service you'd like to connect.

•  Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection.

•  Once connected, your data will continue to sync automatically going forward.
