1) Follow the exact sequence: connect Device A → disconnect A → connect Device B → then re-connect A.

2) The buds stay connected to one device at a time; playback on A must be paused manually before B can play.

3) Once the first device's audio pauses, the second becomes active.

4) On an incoming call, if one device is playing media, the buds auto-switch to the phone receiving the call.

5) A 3–4 second delay while switching is normal (the earphones assess the devices).

6) If it won't hold both, 'Forget' on both devices, Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET"), then redo the sequence.

7) Dual pairing can be enabled/disabled using the Noise Audio App.

Note: Dual pairing on this model is non-preemptive – the device already in use keeps priority; the second cannot take over until the first stops.
