Unable to connect

1) Before pairing with the app, ensure your smartphone and ALT Buds Open are connected together. Open the mobile’s Bluetooth settings; the earbuds (e.g., “ ALT Buds Open”) should appear—tap to connect.

2) If the name do not appear, double press the Power button (entering pairing mode).

3) Once the earbuds name appears, tap to connect via Bluetooth.

4) Then, open the Noise Audio App; after searching, the Noise ALT Buds Open’ name will appear—tap it to connect with the app.

 

Noise Control

1) Ensure the ALT Buds Open is connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.

2) Open the Noise Audio App, navigate to the Noise Control feature, and select the ANC/Transparency mode as per the desire.

3) Setting should work as per the given command.

 

Equalizer

1) Ensure that the earbuds is connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.

2) Open the Noise Audio App and go to the Equalizer feature on the homepage.

3) Select a Default mode or use the Custom EQ option and play music to test.

 

Find my device

1) Verify that the earbuds is connected via Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.

2) In the app, navigate to Settings and select the “Find My Device” option.

3) Tap the Play button to trigger an increasing sound from the earbuds.

4) Tap “Found it” to stop the sound (ensure the device is not in use before starting).

 

Firmware

1) Ensure that the buds are connected via Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App, and that they have over 50% charge.

2) Open the Noise Audio App, go to Settings, and select the Firmware Update option.

3) If an update is available, tap to update; the process may take a few minutes—do not exit or refresh the page during the update.

 

Frequent Disconnection

1) If the earbuds get disconnected from the app. Kindly click on the reconnect.

2) If still it doesn’t get connected, scroll down on the home page and navigate to the option "Forget Device"

3) Click on the Forget device, then reconfirm it.

4) Remove the earbuds name from the mobile’s Bluetooth settings and restart the application and repeat the pairing process.

Note: If the issue still persists, reset the device and put it on charge for at least 30 min before trying again

 

Focus Mode

1) Please turn the Focus mode toggle on or off from the Noise Audio application.

2) It will disable all the button functionality of the earbuds.

3) Power off and on the device will remove the Focus mode and it will again comes back to the Normal mode.

 

Touch Controls

1) Open the Noise Audio App and navigate to the Touch Gestures section on the homepage.

2) Tap the “Customize” button below the left or right earbud.

3) Select the desired gesture (Single Tap, Double Tap, Triple Tap, or Tap Hold) and assign the corresponding action.

4) Save the adjustments.

Note: If the touch is used during an ongoing call, there might be an external noise or no mic heard - as the mic placement on the earbuds is right above the

 

Audio Boost

1) This feature only works at the case that the user is using the Default EQ and not any other EQ profile/Custom EQ

2) The Audio boost feature increases the audio levels of both Media and Call as well for just the person that is wearing the earbuds.

Note: The Audio boost feature is a toggle feature in the app as well

 

 

Profile

1) Tap the “My Profile” icon at the top right on the Noise Audio App homepage.

2) Upload a profile picture using the upload button.

3) Edit the profile name and date of birth by tapping the “Edit Profile” icon at the top right of the My Profile page.

 

App Update

1) Open the Noise Audio App and click on the Settings option on the homepage.

2) Select the “App update” button (an update will be offered if available).

3) Alternatively, check the Play Store or App Store for updates.

 

Logout/Delete Account

1) Tap the “My Profile” icon at the top right on the Noise Audio App homepage.

2) Tap the “Edit Profile” icon at the top right of the My Profile page.

3) Select the “Logout/Delete account” option.

 

Not able to upgrade the firmware through APP

1) Forget the earbuds from APP

2) Now remove/forget the Bluetooth name from Mobile Phone's Bluetooth settings.

3) RESET the earbuds and and then again bring it into pairing mode and now upgrade the software
