Low Sound
1) Ensure volume is adjusted on all sources (music/video app, mobile phone, earbuds controls).
2) Test the device with different mobile phones to determine if the issue is content specific.
3) Please once reset the earbuds and reconnect.
4) If low sound occurs during calls, consider network issues or problems with the other party’s device.
5) If the sound still feels low, ask the user to use the "Audio Boost" feature in the app OR tap four times on the right earbud to enable the "Audio Boost" feature directly.
Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)
1) ENC is not controlled manually. It activates by default during the call
2) If there is too much disturbance in the close surroundings then there are chances of disturbance during calling.
3) Please ensure that earbuds should be use in ideal way.
Single earbud issue
1) Put the device on charge
2) Take out the earbud which is working and check if it has sound and touch is working
3) Put it back and remove it from Bluetooth pairing and now take out the earbud which was not working
4) Connect it and then check if it is connected and there is any sound and touch is working. If it is working then no issue
5) Connect the product with APP and see if earbuds battery is showing on the dashboard, if not then RPU
