Follow the reset process.

1. Delete and unpair 'Noise Airwave Max 6' from the list of Bluetooth devices.

2. Press and hold the + and - button simultaneously for 5 seconds.

3. A voice prompt will indicate that the headphones have been reset.

4. After reset, headphones will automatically come back into the pairing mode.
