1. Phone always negotiates to the highest common wattage between input and output device

2. 22.5W < 33.5W → phone throttles to 22.5W

3. UI may show normal charging, not fast

Your phone will charge normally, but the charging speed is limited to the powerbank’s 22.5W output. This is expected behavior and completely safe.
