How does live tracking work?

Two options available:

- Auto Tracking: Updates every 10 minutes (default).

- Live Tracking: More frequent updates, consumes more battery.

Why does my watch show a straight line in location tracking?

The system connects periodic tracking points with straight lines for simplicity and battery efficiency.

Real-Time Location

Can I see my child’s real-time location?

Yes, but updates are sent at intervals, not continuously every second. Performance depends on network, GPS, and battery.

Switched Off

Can I track my child if the watch is switched off?

No. Location data cannot be sent when powered off. Tracking resumes once turned back on.

Calling from Watch

How do I make a call from the watch?

Child selects a contact from the watch and taps the call icon.
