No, you cannot video call from the Noise Explorer 2smartwatch as it comes with a one-way video calling feature. However, you can video call from the Noise Explorer app.
Who can video call from the Noise Explorer 2smartwatch?
By default, the Primary Account Holder can video call to the watch from the app. Other users can be granted access to make video calls to the watch by using Device Sharing feature.
Is there a time limit on the video calls?
No, the video calls do not come with a time limit. However, we recommend keeping the call under a few minutes to prevent the watch’s battery drainage.
Does the video call feature use more battery than normal voice calling?
During a video call, the Noise Explorer 2smartwatch consumes a little more battery than a voice call. We recommend balancing the use of video and voice calling to get the best result out of the smartwatch’s battery.
How much internet data is consumed during a video call?
Approximately 6-7MB of data per minute is consumed during a video call.
What are the instances when there is a restriction on video calling?
"Noise Explorer 2smartwatch does not allow video calling if the watch:
· does not have an active data connection
· has less than 15% battery
· is connected to the charger
· is already in a video call
· is within the downtime period after a video call
· is in school mode with video calling disabled
