Chances are, you might have an issue with the mobile. You can check if the headset is working well using a different mobile. If the issue still persist with an alternate device proceed with replacement as per policy
6.1 Reset you Earphones
1. Make sure your Noise Air buds pro 3 is fully charged before beginning with the reset
2. Forget / Delete Noise Air buds pro 3 from paired Bluetooth devices
3. Turn off the Bluetooth of the device
4. Open the charging case.
5.Take out the earbuds and long press for 10 seconds together
6. Press and hold for 10 seconds and red LED light will indicate buds have been reset successfully
7.Tap either earbud 9 times fast. Now both earbuds will be paired with each other
8. Repeat the pairing process
