Note: Make sure your product is fully charged, and you might need to put the earphone into the charging case and close the lid, and take out again.


Reset you Earphones

  • Make sure your Noise IntelliBuds is fully charged before beginning with the reset
  • Forget / Delete Noise IntelliBuds from paired Bluetooth devices
  • Turn off the Bluetooth of the device
  • Open the charging case.
  • Press and Hold the earbuds for 6 seconds.
  • Double prompt sound indicates that the earbuds have been reset and are in pairing mode.
  • Place both the earbuds inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.
