Device not charging
- If device is not charged from very long time, keep the device on charging for 1 hr
- Ensure to charge the device as it supposed to be charge
- Charging LED (White LED) should blink while device is charging
- Only Type-C cable need to be used to charge the device
- Ensure continuous power supply in socket
- Charging via Laptop or computer is recommended
- High Power charger will cause damage to the battery
Ear buds are not charging
- Please ensure customer has removed the protective film from the charging contacts of the ear buds
- If device is not charged from very long time, then keep the ear buds on charging for 1 hr inside the charging case
- Please make sure that you closed the charging case lid after putting the ear buds inside the charging case
- Ensure that charging case lid is blinking when ear buds are charging inside the charging
- Charging case battery should be charged. In case charging case is not charged then ear buds will not get charge.
