A) Latency varies with different mobile phone models.

C) Internet connectivity should be fine.

D) RESET the Bluetooth device.

1- Remove device name from Bluetooth Interface
2- Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
3- Long press both the earbuds for 5 seconds.
4- Place both the earbuds inside the charging
 case and repeat the pairing process.

 E) Restart the Mobile Phone
