A)  Follow the Pairing process
1- Open the charging case.
2-Turn on the Bluetooth of your device.
 3- Select Add Device and from the list of devices, select Noise Buds VS102 Plus

B) RESET the device 

1- Remove device name from Bluetooth Interface
2- Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
3- Long press both the earbuds for 5 seconds.
4- Place both the earbuds inside the charging
  case and repeat the pairing process.
