Before pairing please Ensure battery is charged on both devices

 

  • Battery percentage of both speakers (none of the speaker should be less than 20% battery power)\

 

  • Make sure, both speakers are in 1 meter range before establishing TWS connection

 

  • Did you  connected any of the speaker to other input device which is still in BT Range

 

  • What is the LED response (blinking or not blinking)

 

  • Are you connect any other brand's speaker with Zest 5W

 

  • Ensure battery is charged

 

  • Keep the device within 1 mtr range while making TWS connection

 

  • Make Sure LED is blinking (which shows pairing mode)

 

  • Ensure user is following the correct procedure to connect both the speakers together

 

  • While pressing "+" & "-" key together, make sure there is a default sound of TWS Mode

 

  • Remove each of the speakers name from any input devices (Mobile/Laptop) Bluetooth Settings before making TWS Connection

 

Make sure none of the speaker is in any other music mode except BT Mode
