Before you start the process to reset your earbuds please Make sure that the earbuds are fully charged:

1. On the paired smartphone or laptop, Delete/Forget Noise Elan from the list of paired devices in the Bluetooth menu.

2. Place both the earbuds inside the case.

3. Touch and hold the earbuds for 5 seconds.

Note: The LED will turn off and then turn white indicating that they have been reset.

4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case to pair.

Note: The LED will flash whice and orange indicating that they are in pairing mode.
