Shots Neo 2 comes with Hyper Sync technology that lets the earbuds go into pairing mode as soon as you open the charging case. This technology is also equipped with power saving feature that turns off the earbuds as soon as you place them inside the charging case and close the lid

1. Make sure your Shots NEO2 is fully charged before using the product and the  plastic film is removed from the earbuds charging pins

2.  without even removing the buds from the case, The earbuds will automatically go into pairing mode as soon as you open the case lid.

3. Put back the earbuds in the charging case, make sure the earbuds are properly connected with the charging pins of the case

4. The user have to close the charging case lid properly to ensure disconnection from the device

NOTE : - IF EARBUDS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY POWERED ON, 

1. take out the earbuds from the charging case

2. long press both the earbuds for 3 seconds or until Red green LED blinks. Indicating pairing mode
