Please reset your earphones once if issue persists: 

1. Make sure your Shots NEO2 is fully charged before beginning with the reset

2. Forget / Delete Shots NEO2 from paired Bluetooth devices

3. Turn off the bluetooth of the device

Take out earbuds from the charging case 

Long Press Earbud for 3 seconds untill LED blink red once indicating power off

Now Long press earbud for 6 Secs untill LED blink red and green 3 times indicating pairing Mode 

Initially LED will blink green ,countinue pressing earbud till the time LED blink red and green 

Put the Earbuds inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process

Your shots Neo 2 are ready to be paired 

Chances are, you might have an issue with the mobile. You can check if the headset is working well using a different mobile. If the issue still persist with an alternate device proceed with replacement as per our policy
