1. Forgot Tune Elite Sport from your list of paired devices 

2. Turn off the Bluetooth of your phone

3. Press and Hold both the volume buttons for 3 seconds, a red light will flash thrice indicating that your tune elite sport has been reset 

4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect to Tune Elite Sport
