In case your earphones are disconnecting frequently, then:

• Please ensure that the earphones have enough Battery in them, in case of low battery below ~5% the earbuds may disconnect. 
• Unpair the earbuds and try pairing them with your device again. 
• If the issue still persists you can reset the earbuds and try again
