Make sure your Shots NEO is fully charged before beginning with the reset
- Forget / Delete Shots NEO from paired Bluetooth devices
- Turn off the bluetooth of the device
- Put the earbuds inside the case
- Press and hold the touch area for 5-6 seconds or until the LED blinks in BLUE
- Remove the earbuds from the case
- Follow the pairing process again
