The Shots Ergo earbuds are best with Bluetooth v5.0 devices. However, they support smartphones with Bluetooth v4.2 as well. Noise Shots Ergo does not support devices with Bluetooth below version 4.2.
The Bluetooth range is 10 meters without any obstacles.
