To Pair your earbuds, follow these steps:
- Make sure that the earbuds are charged.
- Take out both earbuds from the charging case
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the Bluetooth menu
- Select “Add Device” and then select Shots Ergo
Your earbuds should now be paired!
If you are unable to pair your device then:
- Restart your mobile and try again once more
- Reset the earbuds and try to pair them again
- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged before attempting any of the above
