My laptop is charging slowly or the charging power keeps dropping
For the fastest charging speed, connect only one laptop to the power bank using USB-C1 or USB-C2.
When multiple devices are connected, the power bank automatically shares power between them. This may reduce the charging speed.
For up to 140W output, use one compatible laptop and a supported high-power USB-C cable.
Why is my power bank taking more than 8–10 hours to charge?
The power bank has a large 27,000 mAh (99.36Wh) battery, so charging time depends on the charger being used.
For faster charging, use a 100W Power Delivery (PD) charger with USB-C1 or USB-C2. With a compatible 100W PD charger, the power bank can charge in approximately 3 hours.
Using a standard phone charger will take significantly longer.
Why am I not getting 140W output on my compatible device?
Please check the charging cable and device compatibility.
Use a 5A/28V USB-C to USB-C cable that supports PD 3.1. The power bank supports PD 3.1, PPS, QC 3.0, FCP and Apple 2.4A charging protocols.
For maximum output, connect only one compatible device to USB-C1 or USB-C2.
