* There is a button inside the charging case

* Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

* Delete/remove the Noise Buds from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

* Open the charging case lid. Insert both earbuds into the charging case and long press the charging case button for 8 seconds.

* The charging case LED blinks red 5 times, then white 5 times, indicating the earbuds have been reset successfully.

* The earbuds are now in pairing mode. Please repeat the pairing process to reconnect.
