- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

- Delete/remove the Noise Buds from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

-Open the charging case lid. Insert both earbuds into the charging case and long press the charging case button for 8 seconds.

-The charging case LED blinks red 5 times, then white 5 times, indicating the earbuds have been reset successfully.

-The earbuds are now in pairing mode. Please repeat the pairing process to reconnect.
