- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

- Delete/remove the Noise Earbuds from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

- Press and hold either earbud touch sensor for 7 seconds.

- The Factory Reset Done prompt will appear, this indicates that the earbuds have been reset.
