- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

- Delete/remove the Noise Buds Connect 3 from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

- Press and hold either side of the earbud for 7 seconds.

- The prompt will appear, this indicates that the earbuds have been reset.

- After a reset, the buds will power off. To switch them on, either place them in the charging case and then remove them.
