- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

- Delete/remove the Noise Buds Play from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

- Press and hold either earbud for 7 seconds.

- The "factory reset successful" prompt will appear; this indicates that the earbuds have been reset.
