a) Ask the user to keep both the earbuds in the case and close it.
B) Take the earbuds out and use them, the issue should get fixed "
If the "one side not working" still persists, ask the user to Reset the earbuds and use them after keeping them back inside the case for 2-3 minutes.
"For low audio in one earbud, check whether the user is watching a reel/shorts on a social media/video streaming platform and if this issue is consistent among alll the contents. As this issue is related to the type of content and not the device.
