Remove the device from Mobile phone's Bluetooth settings and restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth

Reconnect the device again with the Mobile phone

Restart the Mobile Phone and RESET the device and then connect the device with Mobile Phone

Make sure the product is fully charge before doing the RESET. If still the issue persist, then do RPU
