"a) Unable to pair with mobile/Laptop

1. If the device LED is not blinking then there are chances that it might be already connected to another Mobile phone/Laptop

2. Power ON the device and immediately (because the prompt can be heard as soon as the device is power on) check if there is any voice prompt or not

3. If Mobile phone is not showing any Bluetooth name then restart Mobile phone's Bluetooth. Try pairing now, if not then follow next step

4. Turn on and then turn off the Airplane mode in Mobile phone. Try pairing now, if not then follow next step

5. Restart the Mobile phone. Try pairing now, if not then follow next step

6. Put the device on charging for 30 min to ensure if the device is charging or not

7. In case of no LED or no voice prompt and no charging indication, there are chances that the device might be dead

 

In case of device is dead- then raise the complaint

 

b) Frequent disconnection/Connectivity issue

1. Remove the device Bluetooth name from Mobile phone's Bluetooth settings and restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth

2. Reconnect the device again with the Mobile phone

3. Restart the Mobile Phone and RESET the device and then connect the device with Mobile Phone

4. Make sure the product is fully charge before doing the RESET

 

For the TWS- In case the buds are not disconnecting with the Mobile phone even though buds are inside the charging case, then follow the further steps-

a) Put the earbuds into the charging case and put the charging case on charging

if still the issue persists then

b) Clean the earbuds charging PIN to remove any kind of dust or water splashes"
