a) Remove the device from Mobile phone's Bluetooth settings and restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth
b) Reconnect the device again with the Mobile phone
c) Restart the Mobile Phone and RESET the device and then connect the device with Mobile Phone
Make sure the product is fully charge before doing the RESET. If still the issue persists, then do RPU
For the TWS- In case the buds are not disconnecting with the Mobile phone even though buds are inside the charging case, then follow the further steps-
a) Put the earbuds into the charging case and put the charging case on charging
if still the issue persists then
b) Clean the earbuds charging PIN to remove any kind of dust or water splashes
- If it still doesn't work then do the RPU
