a) Use suitable size of eartips and wingtips

b) Ensure Neckband position is ok. Sometime cx unknowingly wear L side ear buds in right ear and R side ear buds in left ear

CX can find different size of eartips and wingtips in accessories box

Check "L" and "R" marking on the product. And use the product accordingly
