a) Charge with the charger with working voltage: 5V/1A

b) Charge with given charging cable 

c) There may be USB Port size difference, if customer uses any other Type-C cable

d) Plug the included Type-C cable to the charging port of Neckband and plug the other end to main power adapter or Laptop USB Port

e) Try Charging with laptop or PC (recommended)

f) Please ask customer to avoid using any charger more than 1 Ampere
