Chances are, you might have an issue with the mobile. You can check if the earbuds is working well using a different mobile. If the issues still persist with an alternate device proceed with unpairing and pairing once again: 

 

How to unpair from the mobile:

1. Tap and hold the Bluetooth icon on your mobile

2. Tap on the Air Buds Mini

3. Click on Remove / Forget Air Buds Mini

 

Pairing with a new device:

 

1.Tap and hold the Bluetooth icon on your mobile


2.Turn ON the Bluetooth


3.Make sure your mobile and the Bluetooth Earbuds  are within 1-meter range


4.Go to add devices in your Bluetooth settings


5.Search and Select Air Buds Mini


6.Tap the Pair option on the pop-up
