In order to reset your neckband, follow these steps:

1. Forgot Tune Active Plus from your list of paired devices 

2. Turn off the Bluetooth of your phone

3. Press and Hold both the volume buttons for 3 seconds, a red light will flash thrice, Indicating that your tune active plus is now reset

4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect to Tune Active Plus again
