• Check the Charging Cable, If not working , change charging Cable
• Recommended to use 1Amp BIS approved charger.
• Check Blue light indicator in Charging Case.
• Check charging pin of Cable should not have any rust or carbon (please clean if so).
• Check Charging Jack of charging case.
• Before keeping the buds in charging case for long time make sure Charge up to 10%.
