Charge your shots X5 fully before resetting it
- Forget/Delete your Noise Shots X5 from the list of Saved Devices on your phone’s Bluetooth.
- Take out both the earbuds from the case, without pressing any button
- Tap both the ear buds three times at the same time
- Long press both buttons together till the time the light does not go off completely from both the buds.
- Place them back inside the charging case for few seconds
- Take out the ear buds from the charging Case. And repeat the pairing process
- Double press both the left & right ear buds button together ensuring the double pressing speed must be fast.
- Right ear Bud will blink the alternate light & left ear buds will have no light
- Repeat the pairing process
