Make sure your Shots GROOVE is fully charged before beginning with the reset 

•  Forget / Delete Shots GROOVE from paired Bluetooth devices
•  Turn off the bluetooth of the device
•  Remove the earbuds from the case.
• Touch and hold either earbud until the LED turns red.
•  Once turned off, touch and hold one earbud until the LED blinks in blue and red (indicating pairing mode). 
• Now tap individual earbuds 7 times quickly.

  Note: The LED will blink blue 3 times indicating that they have been reset.

• Repeat the process with the other earbud as well
• Place the earbuds inside the charging case. Repeat the pairing process.
