Before resetting, make sure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully and follow the following steps:

• Forget/delete Shots Nuvo from the list of saved devices.
• Place both earbuds inside the charging case.
• Press both the earbuds simultaneously until LEDs blink red and white thrice.
• Take out the earbuds from the charging case and start the pairing process.
